Lithium Royalty Corp. (TSE:LIRC) has released an update.

Lithium Royalty Corp. successfully elected all director nominees during its Annual Meeting of Shareholders, with overwhelming support for each candidate averaging above 95%. Shareholders also reappointed KPMG LLP as the company’s independent auditor with virtually unanimous approval.
