Lithium One Metals Inc. has finalized the transfer of its rights in an Ontario mineral property to Xplore Resources Corp., including a 2% net smelter returns royalty that Xplore can reduce to 1% for $1 million. The $200,000 assignment fee was paid to Lithium One as part of the agreement. This strategic move allows Lithium One to focus on its core mission of developing lithium properties in Ontario and Québec.
