Lithium One Metals Inc. has signed an assignment agreement to transfer its options on mineral claims in Ontario, Canada, to Xplore Resources Corp. In this deal, Xplore will assume obligations including the issuance of shares and cash payments to the original option grantors, as well as a future net smelter returns royalty. The companies have also established a royalty assignment agreement whereby Xplore can reduce the royalty by paying $1 million.
