Lithium Ionic Corp has finalized a US$20 million royalty agreement with Appian Capital to further develop its Bandeira Lithium Project in Brazil’s Lithium Valley. The deal grants Appian a 2.25% gross revenue royalty and provides Lithium Ionic with funds for project development, general corporate purposes, and working capital. The Bandeira Project, situated in a prominent lithium region, is set to bolster the company’s position in the growing lithium market.
