Lithium Energy Limited has announced key leadership appointments for Axon Graphite Limited, a new entity formed from merging their high-grade natural graphite assets with NOVONIX Ltd’s Queensland operations. Seasoned executive Mr. Peter Turnbull joins as independent Non-Executive Chair, bringing extensive commercial and governance experience. Axon Graphite, which is poised to transition from exploration to a miner and battery anode material producer post-IPO, has also appointed Mr. Graham Fyfe as CEO and Mr. Victor Ho as Company Secretary.
