Lithium Energi Secures $3 Million Capital Raise

Lithium Energi Exploration (TSE:LEXI) has released an update.

Lithium Energi Exploration Inc. has struck a definitive agreement with Arena Investors for a non-brokered private placement worth approximately US$3 million. This capital raise involves over 82 million units, each including a share and a purchase warrant, with the first tranche of 15 million units already closed. The completion of the second tranche hinges on certain conditions, including TSX Venture Exchange approval and amendments to existing credit facilities.
