Lithium Chile Inc. is progressing with its strategic plan to restructure by spinning out two new subsidiaries, Lithium Chile 2.0 Inc. and Kairos Gold Inc., aiming to segregate its lithium salar properties and its gold, copper, and silver prospects, respectively. Shareholders will receive shares of the new entities post-approval in a special meeting scheduled for October 7, 2024. The company is also in the midst of negotiating a strategic process for its Arizaro property, bolstered by a favorable prefeasibility study.
