Lithium Chile Inc. has announced that the TSX Venture Exchange approved the extension of expiry dates for over 12 million common share purchase warrants from previous private placements. These warrants are now valid until September 30, 2024, supporting the company’s ongoing exploration and development of lithium and other mineral projects in Chile and Argentina. Lithium Chile continues to work on a prefeasibility study for its Arizaro project in Argentina and seeks strategic alternatives with PI Financial Corp. as its financial advisor.
