Lithium Australia’s SPP Fuels Growth and Recycling

Lithium Australia NL (AU:LIT) has released an update.

Lithium Australia NL has successfully completed a Share Purchase Plan (SPP), following a placement agreement with The Lind Partners for A$1.8 million, with plans to issue new shares to support growth initiatives in battery recycling and materials sectors. The strong shareholder support reflects confidence in the company’s growth strategy, which includes a recent exclusive recycling agreement with EV maker BYD Auto and profitable recycling operations. The funds will enhance business development, including securing off-take agreements and strategic partnerships.
