Lithium Australia Limited has announced a new proposal to issue 36 million performance rights securities, set to expire on 31st December 2028, with a proposed issue date of 29th November 2024. This move, aimed at strategic placement or other types of issues, will be subject to the approval of the ASX and adherence to its Listing Rules.
