Lithium Australia Consolidates Assets with Core Lithium

Core Lithium Ltd (AU:CXO) has released an update.

Lithium Australia has divested its remaining stake in Charger Metals and its interest in the Bynoe Lithium Project to Core Lithium, receiving shares and cash totaling approximately A$1.04 million. The deal includes a provision for Lithium Australia to benefit from any potential premium if Charger Metals is acquired within the next 9 months. This strategic move is aimed at consolidating Lithium Australia’s focus on its core operations and providing financial flexibility for future growth initiatives.
