Litchfield Minerals Ltd. ( (AU:LMS) ) has shared an update.
Litchfield Minerals has clarified that it is retracting references to historical exploration results previously cited for the Silver Valley Project, noting that these legacy data sets may not comply with the JORC Code or ASX listing rules. Investors are advised not to rely on the withdrawn historical results, highlighting the company’s effort to align reporting with current disclosure standards and improve transparency.
The company reported that its exploration team has completed an inaugural reconnaissance visit across the Silver Valley 1, 2, 3 and Chablo prospects, identifying well-developed quartz reefs and visible sulphide mineralisation in outcrop. Despite limiting field time due to extreme heat and access constraints, Litchfield says the observations support the potential for a sizeable mineralised corridor and will now underpin a ground-based IP survey to map continuity and refine high-priority targets.
