Litchfield Minerals Limited has announced the issuance of new unquoted performance rights as part of its employee incentive scheme, with 1 million Class A, 2 million Class B, and 4 million Class C rights set to be issued on July 29, 2024. These securities are subject to transfer restrictions and will not be quoted on the ASX until these restrictions are lifted.
