Litchfield Minerals has completed its first reconnaissance field program at the Silver Valley Project, covering the Silver Valley 1, 2, 3 and Chablo prospects, and confirmed the presence of extensive quartz reef and vein systems with visible sulphide mineralisation including chalcopyrite and galena. Despite extreme heat and difficult access limiting the extent of mapping and sampling, the team collected selective rock chips and soil samples—particularly from the more advanced Silver Valley 2 and 3 areas—and gained sufficient confidence in the scale and continuity of the system to move quickly into a ground-based induced polarisation survey aimed at defining high-priority drill targets and advancing the project toward its next exploration phase.
