Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail ( (SG:D5IU) ) has shared an announcement.

Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust’s manager has announced that the issuer, Perpetual (Asia) Limited as trustee of the trust, has elected not to pay the distribution due on 27 March 2026 on its S$140 million perpetual securities issued in 2016. The unpaid March 2026 distribution is non-cumulative and will not accrue, meaning investors will not receive this skipped payment in the future.

The decision to skip the distribution triggers dividend stopper provisions that restrict the trust from declaring or paying distributions on its units and, except on a pro rata basis, on its S$120 million 2017 perpetual securities. These restrictions will remain until all outstanding 2016 perpetual securities are redeemed, the next scheduled distribution or an equivalent optional distribution is fully paid, or securityholders approve otherwise by extraordinary resolution, potentially signaling tighter financial flexibility and impacting income expectations for unitholders and perpetual securityholders.

The most recent analyst rating on (SG:D5IU) stock is a Hold with a S$0.01 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail stock, see the SG:D5IU Stock Forecast page.
