Lippo China Resources Limited reported a loss of HK$150,922,000 for the six-month period ending 30 June 2024, a notable increase from the loss of HK$78,972,000 in the same period the previous year. The company’s revenue grew to HK$374,147,000, but this was offset by significant administrative and other operating expenses, finance costs, as well as losses in fair value on financial instruments and investment properties. The overall total comprehensive loss for the period also deepened to HK$187,600,000 compared to HK$125,114,000 in the prior year.
