Lippo China Resources Limited has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors, effective from June 7, 2024. Mr. John Luen Wai Lee, with extensive experience in corporate finance, will transition from CEO to Deputy Chairman, while Mr. Kwok Fai Lee will take over as the new CEO and executive Director of the company.
