Liontown Resources Director Restructures Shareholding

Liontown Resources Limited (AU:LTR) has released an update.

Timothy Goyder, director of Liontown Resources Limited, has shifted 6 million of his directly held shares into an indirect holding via an off-market transfer, valued at $7.8 million. The transaction, dated 8 May 2024, has resulted in a change in Goyder’s direct and indirect interests in the company, with his direct interest now standing at 162,540,077 shares. The indirect interest, through entities including the Goyder Family Trust and Lotaka Pty Ltd, remains substantial.
