Lion Rock Group ( (HK:1127) ) just unveiled an update.
Lion Rock Group Limited has announced planned board changes effective at the end of 2025 and the start of 2026, with long-serving executives retiring and a new senior finance and operations leader joining the board. The company said executive director and authorised representative Lam Mei Lan and non-executive director Chu Chun Wan will both retire on 31 December 2025, with Chu remaining as emeritus chairman of subsidiary Asia Pacific Offset Limited, and confirmed there are no disagreements with the board. Effective 1 January 2026, Colin Wong Sai Yeung, currently the group’s chief operating officer and chief financial officer and an experienced chartered accountant with over two decades in financial management and corporate finance roles in Hong Kong and Canada, will become an executive director and authorised representative, a move that strengthens Lion Rock’s governance and senior financial oversight without additional board-level remuneration.
