The Morningstar Singapore REIT Yield Focus Index is updating its methodology to boost investment capacity by adjusting the hypothetical assets under management from SGD 400 million to SGD 700 million. This change will be implemented after the December 2024 reconstitution, enhancing opportunities for investors interested in Singapore REITs.
