Lion Asiapac Limited has announced changes to its board and board committees, taking effect from 16 August 2024. Mr Koong Lin Loong joins as an independent non-executive director and will serve on the Audit, Nominating, and Remuneration Committees, alongside Ms Lim Mooi Lang who is appointed as a non-independent non-executive director.
