Linklogis Inc. has successfully passed all resolutions during their Annual General Meeting on June 17, 2024, with unanimous poll voting results. The approval included the company’s audited financial statements, reports of the Directors and auditor for 2023, and the declaration of a final special dividend of HKD0.1 per share. Additionally, the re-election of Mr. Song Qun as executive Director and Mr. Lin Haifeng as non-executive Director was confirmed with overwhelming majority support.
