Linklogis Inc. has announced its intent to acquire an additional 29.3763% equity interest in Shenzhen Bytter Technology Co., Ltd, aiming to increase its stake to 54.3763% and make it an indirect subsidiary. The acquisition is set to expand Linklogis’s business into the treasury management market, complementing its supply chain finance solutions by leveraging combined technology and resources. The deal, still in the letter of intent stage, would require further negotiation and could represent a significant transaction under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules.
