Link Administration Holdings Ltd has announced the finalization of its acquisition by Mitsubishi UFJ Trust & Banking Corporation, with the scheme of arrangement now legally effective. Trading of Link Group shares on the ASX will be suspended after market close today. Shareholders can expect a special dividend payment on May 13th and the scheme consideration payment on May 16th.
