Link Administration Holdings Ltd. has reported a significant change in director Vivek Bhatia’s holdings, with a complete disposal of his 4,332,343 ordinary shares at $2.10 each. This move comes as a result of the acquisition of Link Group by Mitsubishi UFJ Trust & Banking Corporation through a Scheme of Arrangement. The transaction did not occur during a closed period that required prior written clearance.
