Link-Asia International Medtech Group Ltd. has announced a conditional agreement to place over 20 million new shares at HK$1.51 each, aiming to raise approximately HK$31.3 million in gross proceeds. The funds are intended for the development of Energy Storage System Equipment for electric vehicle charging and for working capital. Investors are advised to exercise caution as the placement is subject to certain conditions and may not proceed.
