Fiona Trafford-Walker, a director at Link Administration Holdings Ltd., has disposed of her entire direct holding of 32,128 fully paid ordinary shares at $2.10 per share. This move comes as a result of Mitsubishi UFJ Trust & Banking Corporation’s acquisition of Link Group through a Scheme of Arrangement. The change in director’s interest was reported to the ASX in compliance with corporate regulations.
