Linius Technologies has announced a virtual General Meeting scheduled for 30 October 2024, urging shareholders to vote via proxy or appoint the Chair as their proxy in advance of the meeting. The online event will be conducted through Automic’s platform, allowing shareholders to participate in voting and address questions to the company. Shareholders are encouraged to submit questions beforehand and register on the Automic platform to ensure smooth participation on the meeting day.
