Ling Yue Services Group Limited has announced a significant corporate change, with Mr. So Wing Chun resigning from key positions including Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, effective from 30 July 2024. In his stead, Ms. Yan Hoi Ling Jovian, who boasts over 15 years of expertise in corporate governance, has been appointed. The Board extends its appreciation to Mr. So for his service and warmly welcomes Ms. Yan to her new role.
