Lindsay Australia Director Increases Shareholding

Lindsay Australia Limited (AU:LAU) has released an update.

In a recent update by Lindsay Australia Limited, Director Robert Lewis Green increased his indirect holdings in the company through dividend reinvestment. As of October 11, 2024, Green acquired an additional 313 ordinary shares at $0.89 each, bringing his total ownership to 10,829 shares. This change in director’s interest was part of the company’s dividend reinvestment plan and did not involve any disposal of shares.
