Limitless Earth plc welcomes Edgar Hernandez as the new President and CEO, who brings with him a wealth of investment banking experience across various industries in Central and South America. Hernandez’s appointment coincides with a £150,000 equity raise through the issuance of over 10 million new ordinary shares, aimed at supporting the company’s working capital and development plans. The transition also includes the stepping down of Guido Contesso as CEO and a debt settlement agreement tied to the company’s investment realizations.
