Lilium (LILM) has released an update.
Lilium N.V., a trailblazer in electric aircraft manufacturing, is poised to enhance its Board of Directors with the appointment of aerospace industry stalwart Philippe Balducchi, who boasts a distinguished career with KNDS and Airbus. Balducchi’s nomination is set for shareholder approval at the upcoming EGM on September 18, 2024. Meanwhile, board veterans Barry Engle and Henri Courpron will be stepping down, with Engle having made significant contributions including overseeing Lilium’s NASDAQ listing.
