Likewise Group Plc, a rapidly expanding UK floor coverings distributor, has announced the exercise of options for 275,000 ordinary shares under its Save As You Earn scheme, with the shares expected to start trading on AIM on May 10, 2024. This exercise increases the total voting rights in the company to 245,283,480. Investors are advised to use this new figure as the denominator for any calculations related to their shareholding notifications.
