Likewise Group Plc, a rapidly expanding UK floor coverings distributor, has successfully repurchased 90,355 of its own shares at a uniform price of 17.325 pence each, as part of its previously announced Buyback Programme. Post-transaction, the company’s total voting rights have been slightly adjusted, now standing at 245,493,125. Further announcements are expected as the company proceeds with additional share buybacks.
