Likewise Group Plc, a UK-based floor coverings distributor, has successfully executed the purchase of 21,050 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 18.78 pence each, as part of its share buyback program announced in July. This transaction leaves the company’s issued share capital unchanged and brings its treasury holdings to 310,856 shares. The company assures shareholders that further updates will follow upon the completion of additional buyback transactions.
