Likewise Group plc has reported that its CEO Tony Brewer and Non-Executive Director Andrew Simpson have invested their dividends back into the company by purchasing a combined total of 384,067 shares. Brewer now holds an 11.4% stake with 28,090,758 shares, while Simpson has an 8.1% stake with 19,907,135 shares. The transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange, underlining confidence from the company’s top management in its growth prospects.
