Likewise Group plc, a rapidly expanding UK floor coverings distributor, has announced the buyback of 50,000 of its own shares on July 22, 2024, at a uniform price of 17.3 pence per share. This action is part of a share buyback program previously disclosed on July 16, 2024. The buyback leaves the Company’s issued share capital intact while increasing its treasury shares to 140,355, with total voting rights now standing at 245,443,125.
