Adrian Laffey, Mainstream Residential Director of Likewise Group plc, has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 63,286 ordinary shares, raising his total interest to 7,029,650 shares, which accounts for 2.86% of the voting rights. The shares were acquired via the Company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan and the transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
