LightInTheBox, a global apparel e-commerce retailer, has appointed Mr. Zhi Yan as the new chairman of its Board of Directors, succeeding Mr. Jian He who will continue as a Board member and CEO. Mr. Yan brings a wealth of experience from various industries, including a background in investment and corporate management, and has held executive roles in several major companies.
