The latest update is out from Light Science Technologies Holdings plc ( (GB:LST) ).
Light Science Technologies’ passive fire protection division has secured its first Injectaclad supply order following the recent acquisition of RLUK Injection, with a £0.41m contract to provide fire-resistant graphite barrier materials for a 19-week project on a residential building in East Yorkshire. Within just over two weeks of the deal closing, the company has won commitments from five of 11 accredited Injectaclad installers, underlining the rapid traction of this new, higher-margin revenue stream.
The group has completed the initial integration phase of the acquisition, aligning IT, management information, legal and logistics systems, and establishing a warehouse at its Manchester contract electronics site to support Injectaclad distribution. Management sees the expanded role as both installer and supplier, combined with a growing pipeline of projects and increased specification of Injectaclad in Building Safety Regulator applications, as a platform to accelerate growth, improve visibility in the fire remediation market and support its push toward sustainable profitability.
Spark’s Take on LST Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, LST is a Neutral.
The score is held back primarily by inconsistent profitability and a FY2025 revenue decline with a return to losses, alongside a technically weak longer-term trend (below key moving averages, negative MACD). These are partially offset by improved leverage and recent positive operating/free cash flow.
