LifeTech Clarifies Employee Share Acquisition Details

LifeTech Scientific Corporation (HK:1302) has released an update.

LifeTech Scientific Corporation has provided additional details on the deferred employee payments for shares under the 2019 Share Award Scheme. As of December 31, 2023, employees acquired all 230,945,000 outstanding shares at HKD1.35 per share, held by the 2019 Scheme Trustee, with payment pending. The ownership of the shares has been transferred to the employees, who are now obliged to complete the purchase within the scheme’s remaining duration.
