Lifestyle Communities Ltd has announced that director Philippa Kelly ceased her role on August 31, 2024, as reported in the company’s final director’s interest notice to the ASX. The notice detailed that Kelly had no registered securities at the time of her departure. However, she did hold an indirect interest in 80,000 fully paid ordinary shares through Claremont T P Pty Ltd.
