Lifestyle Communities Ltd has announced the retirement of co-founder and Managing Director, James Kelly, effective December 31, 2024. Kelly has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth from its inception to its current market capitalization of over $1 billion, establishing 33 communities and serving over 5,500 homeowners. The company has initiated the search for a new CEO while David Blight will take over as Executive Chairman in the interim.
