Director Claire Elizabeth Hatton of Lifestyle Communities Ltd has increased her stake in the company, purchasing an additional 2,013 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares at $7.40 each on the open market on 6 September 2024. Following the acquisition, Hatton now holds a total of 6,199 shares. The transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
