Lifecare AS ( (DE:LFC0) ) just unveiled an update.
Lifecare ASA has completed the allocation in its partially underwritten rights issue, setting the final size at 160 million new shares, which will raise NOK 80 million in gross proceeds, fully subscribed within the announced minimum range. Existing shareholders subscribed both on the basis of subscription rights and through oversubscription, while underwriters were allocated 17.15 million shares under their guarantee commitments and will be compensated with a mix of cash or shares and additional warrants. In connection with the transaction, investors will receive a total of about 240 million free warrants in two 2026 exercise windows, potentially providing Lifecare with up to a further NOK 150 million in capital if fully exercised, while the new shares are expected to start trading on Euronext Oslo Børs on 28 January 2026, strengthening the company’s funding base and liquidity for its ongoing operations.
