Lifecare ASA has launched a partially underwritten rights issue of 160–200 million new shares at NOK 0.50 per share, aiming to raise gross proceeds of NOK 80–100 million, with the subscription period running from 7 to 21 January 2026 and tradable subscription rights listed on Euronext Oslo Børs.
