Life360 Insider Executes CDI Sales Transactions

Life360 Shs Chess Depository Interests Repr 3 Sh (AU:360) has released an update.

James Synge, a director and significant shareholder of Life360, Inc., has reported a series of sales of Chess Depositary Interests (CDIs), which are traded on the Australian Securities Exchange and convertible into common stock at a 1:3 ratio. The transactions were conducted through Stynge Pty Ltd ATF Sandy Bay Trust, with Synge disclaiming beneficial ownership except for his pecuniary interest. The sales, made across multiple dates, reflect the conversion of CDIs to common shares and their subsequent sale at prices averaging around $37 USD after conversion.
