Life360 CFO Settles Shares for Tax Obligations

Life360 Shs Chess Depository Interests Repr 3 Sh (AU:360) has released an update.

Life360’s CFO, Russell John Burke, engaged in a financial transaction involving the vesting and net settlement of restricted stock units, resulting in the withholding of shares to satisfy tax obligations. The transaction, reported on a recent SEC Form 4, reflects a disposition of 7,780 common shares at a price of $33.90 each, leaving Burke with 155,328 shares. It is noted that this was not a sale of shares, but a tax-related settlement.
