Life Science REIT PLC has enhanced its footprint in the life sciences sector by securing a lease with quantum technology firm Infleqtion for 7,500 sq ft at Oxford Technology Park (OTP), marking the first fully fitted laboratory space at the park and achieving a record rent. This deal contributes to the company’s target to capture £2.9 million of ERV by March 2025 and underscores OTP’s emerging status as a hub for technology and life science businesses. The addition of Infleqtion aligns with Life Science REIT’s strategic vision to cater to a spectrum of companies from startups to global enterprises within the UK’s Golden Triangle of research and development.
