Life & Banc Split Corp. has announced a successful overnight offering of class A and preferred shares, expecting to raise about $27.9 million. The offering, which includes an over-allotment option, is set to close around April 25, 2024. The funds raised will be invested in a portfolio of common shares from the top Canadian banks and life insurance companies.
